I used to wonder who would fall for these scams,

But I know someone who lives overseas who sent me an email and they were all excited because the ex-king of africa wanted them to help transfer $28 million dollars into their account.

They were really upset when I told them it was a scam.

And my cousin calls me all the time telling me that microsoft just called them and wants $39 to fix their computer and remove all the viruses from it.

So now I don't wonder any more.
There are only 10 kinds of people in this world,
those that understand binary and those that don't.

Yes....I have seen that many times.... also from the RCMP..
I have never seen the low low low price of $39....generally it's a lot more.

My fave is still the Nigerian Scam...

I would like to scam them in return.

I don't like calling the following a scam but I dislike this 'sneaky practice'. These 2 comapnies make good S/W IMO and others.

Avast
MalwareBytes.

They automatically re subscribed me. I got money refunded. Be sure to read the small print.

Malware ...I had to go through 2 sources before I got a refund.
Avast...I have always d/l the free version. Not sure what happened here.

There was a video about a guy who did just that, he would write them and lead them on then he agreed to send them money,
Then I think he told then he had a new computer he could also send them, he had some way to send it where they had to pay the postage and customs on the computer,
Then he mailed them a box of rocks.
