Choose the Uninstall option during removal
I also googled the web and successfully uninstalled MPC Cleaner from my Windows 7 with the following steps (mentioned in a post):
Click on Start button in the lower left corner of the screen and select Control Panel.
Click on Programs and Features.
Select MPC Cleaner from the list of installed programs and click on Uninstall button.
When a pop-up shows up, select Uninstall.
Continue to choose Uninstall.
Select reasons why you want to remove and click on Uninstall.
Then it will be removed from the PC. Remember not to select the Quick Uninstall option during the uninstallation process.
I hope the information will be of some help to you.
Since the software is now removed partially from your PC, you may consider reinstalling it then uninstalling it completely again.

Not sure what you mean?
I did try your method and nothing shows up for MPC.
After I had uninstalled using Your Uninstaller I got a notice from Avast that there was still many bits left to be removed. I gather that this would not be a free removal tool. I did not check it out.
I have not tried the method I posted yet. Busy doing other things :spin:
