Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 5:44 PM - A Saskatchewan couple is recovering in the hospital after a B.C. mudslide swept their car off a 900-metre cliff last week. Gabe Rosescu and his girlfriend Sheri Niemegeers were travelling to Nelson, B.C. on May 17 when the incident occurred. Miraculously, a pile-up of trees blocked their fall, preventing them from making the entire 900-metre plunge.
